At TableTwelve, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our greetings cards are designed to bring joy, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to the standard you expected, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your items. You can contact us by email at sa***@*********ve.uk with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if relevant. We’ll do our best to resolve things quickly and fairly.

We accept returns on unused, unopened cards in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once we’ve received the returned items and confirmed their condition, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange if you prefer. Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we aim to minimise waste and packaging. If you do need to return something, we ask that you reuse the original packaging wherever possible.
